1. Order Confirmation and Modifications

• Orders confirmed with payment cannot be altered or cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Payment and Stock Availability

• As soon as stock availability is verified, payment is handled. After payment, if an item is not available, the amount will be refunded.

3. Local Taxes and Duties

• All products are priced including the GST cost.

4. Stock Availability and Substitutes

• While we endeavour to maintain accurate inventory of all our clothing collections, aintain ample stock, occasionally selected items may be unavailable. In such cases, suitable alternatives can be selected.

5. Branding and Customization

• We retain the right to include our logo, website, and product code on items without compromising the product's essence.

6. Colour Variation and Displays

7. Shipping and Transport

• We take utmost care while packing the products and we engage reputable couriers/transporters. Nevertheless, we have no jurisdiction over delays or damages incurred during transit. Parcel open video must in case of damages during transit.

8. Product Sizing and Placement

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product size.

9. Unresolved Issues and Finality
